I am very excited to be
offering three different four week-long programmes which combine
tried and tested life coaching and NLP methods with a range of more
esoteric practices, such as aura and chakra balancing, working with
the universal laws, and a whole lot more. These packages include a
weekly 45 minute phone or Skype call and support emails, and will
involve some homework and/or preparation on your part.
Choose one of three
subjects: Attracting Love; Attracting Abundance; or Making Positive
Change
Week One: We'll use
well-known NLP and Life Coaching methods to identify your current
situation and create a clear set of goals, while working through
issues of self-limiting beliefs and reframing any negative
perspectives.
Week Two: This week
we'll get working with the universal laws, the best known of which is
the Law of Attraction. This law is working 24/7, whether you like it
or not, so let's aim to get the best out of it, and manifest all that
you want, be it love, abundance or positive change.
Week Three: This is the
week of energy balancing, where we'll be working with your aura and
chakras, and using crystals*. This will involve some lovely, easy
meditations you can practise at any time. We'll also create a
specific set of affirmations, just for you.
*You will need to buy
at least one crystal in advance, but don't worry, I'll let you know
from the start which crystals are right for you.
Week Four: This last
week we'll work on your home environment, using some basic feng shui
techniques to enliven the energy around you, clear out the clutter in
your life and make way for lots of good new things to come in. I'll
also teach you how to use EFT, or Emotional Freedom Technique, as a
regular practise, so that you'll end our time together equipped with
a whole new set of tools that will take you forward – right where
you want to go!
This package costs €75
